Penn Highlands WRC Senior Services Personal Care Facilities

Senior personal care is appropriate for individuals who do not need the intensive hands-on, nursing care provided in a nursing home but do need some assistance with day-to-day living, such as dressing, bathing and grooming, meal preparation and medication management. At Penn highlands WRC Senior Services, our personal care homes are Highland Oaks at Water Run Landing, Edgewood Heights, and Laurelbrooke Personal Care.
