ELCO Glen provides affordable housing for senior citizens looking for a quiet place to spend their retirement years. It also offers facilities for the handicapped or disabled of any age, who wish to maintain their independence.
Apartments are connected to an emergency response system, which allows each tenant to signal for help if needed. The building is protected by a locked-door intercom system. The facility provides parking spaces for resident vehicles, and transportation is available through the ATA bus system.
Each unit includes a private kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. ELCO Glen provides common space with an additional kitchen, dining area and recreational lounge, for residents who enjoy the company of others. Laundry facilities as well as office and storage space are also available on site.

Mon Valley Care Center
Skilled Nursing
Our skilled and compassionate nursing staff provides the quality of care you expect to receive for yourself or loved one.
A registered nurse is present onsite 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our team of nursing staff consists of the Director of Nursing, Registered Nursing Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Unit Clerks. Our team also consists of a Restorative Aide and Restorative Nurse for our long-term residents.
The comprehensive nursing staff provides the daily care for our residents. 24-hour care is provided to fulfill residents’ needs as well as the skilled nursing care for administering certain procedures.
Mon Valley Care Center
Our Personal Care Home located on the third floor is composed of 41 private and semi-private rooms offering residents a lifestyle designed to meet their changing needs.
Residents are assessed, and plans of care are created to ensure the residents receive the necessary care. The residents are provided with around the clock care providing medication management along with assistance with dressing, bathing, walking, meals, and activities as needed.
