API Access
Beginning October 1, 2019, PHMV will allow patients to access their health information through an application programming interface (API). Depending on the application chosen, you may be able to access information such as your medications, allergies, or lab results. If you are interested in using an application other than the PHMV portal, please send an email to [email protected] including your contact information along with the name and website address of the API vendor. The particular application will be reviewed to verify the software meets the security and technical requirements needed to connect to our system.

Minors
State Compliance for Minors
According to Pennsylvania state regulations, once your child turns 13, access to your child's account is deactivated. For children ages 13-17, parents may have proxy access if the minor patient signs an authorization form. Once the child turns 18, your access to their myMVHrecord account is deactivated. Your "adult" child can grant you proxy access through an authorization form in our Outpatient Registration.
