Penn Highlands Mon Valley June Innovations in Medicine Programming

Innovations in Medicine, the community programming that Penn Highlands Mon Valley has been offering to residents of the region for more than 15 years, continues in June.

Adil Waheed, DO, FSCAI, a five board-certified and fellowed interventional cardiologist at Penn Highlands Cardiology in Monongahela, will discuss “New Heart and Vascular Therapies” on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 3:00 PM in the Anthony M. Lombardi Education Center on the campus of Penn Highlands Mon Valley. Dr. Waheed specializes in diagnosing and treating coronary artery disease, vascular disease, structural heart disease and congenital heart defects. He has more than two decades of experience in interventional cardiology, and he provides patients with expert care for even the most complex cases.

Refreshments will be served and giveaway items will be shared. Parking is free.
